Sales Development Representative

Adaptigent is poised for tremendous growth in 2022, and the Sales Development Representative (SDR) will play a critical role in this next stage of our evolution. The position reports to the Vice President of Marketing and the primary focus is building sales pipeline through prospecting, qualifying and developing leads into opportunities.

Requirements include:

  • Become an expert at applying a proven methodology for converting prospect outreach to calls to meetings.
  • Build rapport and trust with information technology professionals and business end users.
  • Be fluent in the company’s products and how they deliver value in various industries.
  • Be an active listener and persuasive communicator.
  • Demonstrate discipline, dedication, work ethic, patience, determination, and a positive attitude.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills with the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities include:

  • Relentless pursuit of measurable objectives.
  • Build, maintain, manage, and track leads in Salesforce.
  • Participate in training and self-study to develop sales skills for career advancement.


  • 2+ years of relevant experience with consistent above quota attainment.
  • Bachelor’s degree.

Senior Account Executive

We are looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our growing sales team. This Sr. AE should be energetic, hungry and laser-focused on customers. You will lead others in the pursuit of new business opportunities that lead to delighted users and customer success.


  • Proven experience in B2B complex enterprise sales (4+ years).
  • Consistent proven ability to exceed monthly/quarterly quota.
  • Ability to plan, orchestrate and execute a consultative and challenger sales methodology.
  • Demonstrated success selling to IT and business unit users, including senior executives.
  • Experience selling professional services coupled with software solutions.
  • Technical acumen strong enough to gain expert credibility with technical experts.
  • Great listener, educator, and persuasive communicator open to feedback and growth.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills coupled with a high degree of creativity.
  • Strong experience utilizing sales tools such as: Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and Sales Navigator.


  • Achieve or exceed quota.
  • Build and maintain an active pipeline of opportunities in Salesforce that is 5x quota.
  • Prospecting & client engagement activities and maintain a “Hunter” mindset.
  • Own a complex sales process: Qualify to Close.
  • Communicate effectively with other sales and business development team members.


  • 4+ years enterprise sales expertise.
  • Track record of success working for companies $20m – $100m ARR.
  • Must have held an annual quota of $1.2m+ in a previous position and met or exceeded it.
  • Experience giving technical presentations to technical buyers.
  • Understands technology at a deep level.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Engineering or CS preferred.
  • Indefatigable work ethic and passion for success.
  • Relentless pursuit of quota overachievement each quarter.
  • Preferred: working in fin tech, banking, insurance, and/or government
Marketing Coordinator
The Marketing Coordinator will be a key member of Adaptigent’s marketing department. This person will lead the execution of our social media strategy and will play a large role in developing content for our thought leadership and inbound marketing programs. You will also assist the rest of the marketing department in planning, launching and evaluating campaigns, events and activities.

Key Responsibilities
• Support the marketing department’s initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking of programs such as email, events, social media and thought leadership
• Assist with developing and managing content and social media marketing programs, including blogs and public relations efforts
• Assume day-to-day responsibility of Adaptigent’s social media accounts
• Create, proofread, and edit copy for various marketing channels
• Evaluate and monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analyzing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports
• Support the sales team with presentation and collateral assistance

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field
• 1-3 years of marketing experience, preferably with a tech company
• Deep understanding of various social media platforms and demonstrable experience using them
• Must have strong organizational and project management skills, as well as an attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as outstanding copywriting and proofreading skills
• Firm grasp on various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social, digital, and email marketing
• Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• High comfort level using various software such as Excel, Powerpoint and
