Marketing Coordinator
The Marketing Coordinator will be a key member of Adaptigent’s marketing department. This person will lead the execution of our social media strategy and will play a large role in developing content for our thought leadership and inbound marketing programs. You will also assist the rest of the marketing department in planning, launching and evaluating campaigns, events and activities.

Key Responsibilities
• Support the marketing department’s initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking of programs such as email, events, social media and thought leadership
• Assist with developing and managing content and social media marketing programs, including blogs and public relations efforts
• Assume day-to-day responsibility of Adaptigent’s social media accounts
• Create, proofread, and edit copy for various marketing channels
• Evaluate and monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analyzing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports
• Support the sales team with presentation and collateral assistance

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field
• 1-3 years of marketing experience, preferably with a tech company
• Deep understanding of various social media platforms and demonstrable experience using them
• Must have strong organizational and project management skills, as well as an attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as outstanding copywriting and proofreading skills
• Firm grasp on various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social, digital, and email marketing
• Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• High comfort level using various software such as Excel, Powerpoint and Salesforce.com
• Must have strong analytical skills and technical acumen

Product Manager
The Adaptigent Product Manager is a crucial participant in our innovation and software product development process. The Product Manager will work directory with the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) in setting strategic direction for existing and new products. The role will collaborate with our customers and partners to understand customer needs and identify strategic opportunities for revenue growth through value driven outcomes. In addition, the Product Manager will conduct market research to keep a pulse on trends and technologies that further enable our strategic direction. The Product Manager will work closely with technology peers in developing the product roadmaps while ensuring the overall strategic product vision is followed throughout the development process.

SPECIFIC DUTIES
The Product Manager routinely performs the following duties as directed by company management and situational requirements:
• Actively engage with our customers and participate in advisory boards
• Guide the product roadmap development process
• Research and validate product strategy based on feedback from the broader market, key customers, usability panels, and competitor intelligence
• Provide a forward-thinking perspective to articulate how the company’s products meet current and future market and customer needs
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and professional development to other members of the product development team
• Develop and maintain a detailed functional working knowledge of Adaptigent products
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of relevant client business areas (i.e., FinTech, Insurance, Security, etc.)
• Encourage innovation and continuous process improvement
• Support Executive Management towards the completion of corporate strategic objectives

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
• 5+ years experience as a Product Manager responsible for managing multiple product lines and successfully delivering full lifecycle projects in a software development or technology environment
• Product Owner, Project/Program Manager experience
• Strong customer facing skills with collaborative personality
• Must be a driver with a passion for building best of class and innovative products
• Focus on value driven outcomes
• Experience developing product roadmaps, with a focus on the following activities: 1). Engaging with customers to collect user feedback. 2). Conducting market research. 3). Validating strategic direction.
• Strong experience doing market and product research
• Experience working in small to medium size companies
• Experience managing multiple software products simultaneously
• Significant experience with software development projects and working closely with Architects and Development Leads
• Strong project/program management experience
• Experience analyzing the product outcomes
• Excellent communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree obtained through a traditional institution. Preferred major: engineering, business, finance, information systems, and information technology
• Deep understanding of the business concepts, processes, and technical systems involved in the enterprise technology ecosystem
• Experience with Atlassian Tool Suite (Jira, Confluence, BitBucket)
• Experience working with significant project management methodologies (Agile, etc.)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (customers, analysts, press, and internal constituents)
• Seasoned interpersonal skills with a proven ability to achieve results through alignment of cross-functional and multi-divisional activities in a highly collaborative, team-oriented, and fast-paced environment
• Possess critical analysis and problem-solving skills with a focus on detail and quality

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Graduate degree or equivalent studies
• Scaled Agile experience
