Neal Ganem
Chief Accountability Officer
Neal has been involved with Adaptigent since its founding by his father, Joe Ganem, in 1982. Initially working part-time during high school, he went on to lead sales and international expansion and has been CEO since 2002. Neal built a highly successful global independent distributor network that rapidly scaled Adaptigent’s delivery and global presence. Under Neal’s leadership, through organic and acquisitive growth, Adaptigent has become a leading International supplier of modernization technologies serving Global 1000 organizations.
Steven Lopez
Chief Executive Officer
Steve is a senior executive with over 30 years of experience leading departments in operations, product management, sales & marketing, development and administration. Most recently, he served as Chief Operating Officer for Window Book, a software company for which he led the successful exit to one of the nation’s largest private equity firms. Additionally, Steve has worked in many senior level positions including head of Corporate Development for the UK based GB Group, General Manager and Vice President of BCC Software, Vice President and General Manager of Bell & Howell, Global VP for Experian, owner of a consulting firm, and owner of an industrial equipment manufacturing company.
Steve has also served on large association Board of Directors, in such roles as initial Chairman of the Board for the Delivery Technology Advocacy Council (DTAC), Executive Vice Chairman and Chairman of the Board for the Association for Postal Commerce (PostCom), United Nations specialized agency “Universal Postal Union” Direct Marketing Advisory Board & Consultative Committee Board Member, and original Federal Advisory Council (FACA) director for the International Parcel delivery group for the US Department of State.
Tom Leech
Vice President of Software Development
Tom brings with him over 30 years of technology leadership and experience in both software and manufacturing industries. Tom has been instrumental in improving product deliverables and dramatically reducing defect rates by helping to organize software development, support, and quality assurance teams to create collaborative synergies. Recently, he has served as Vice President of Software Development for Window Book, a software company where he, over a 22-year career, helped develop the company's main product into the industry's leading post-presort software. Tom holds a BS in Computer Science from Allegheny College and an MS in Computer Science from Kent State University.
Dylan Purse, MBA
Vice President, Marketing and Product Management
Dylan brings more than 25 years of experience with software and B2B marketing to Adaptigent. In this role, he will oversee outbound and lead generation programs, as well as product management functions. Purse’s customer-centric approach hinges on his expertise in critical thinking, root-cause analysis, and process improvement. He aims to identify and understand client problems and work with the Adaptigent team to build impactful solutions.
When not influencing product direction and building relationships, you can find Purse cheering for his three teenagers at their basketball and baseball games. Born and raised in Chicago, he’s an avid White Sox fan but will accept tickets to Cubs games too. Purse enjoys walking his 2 dogs and traveling with his wife and three teenagers.
Andrew E. Williams, MBA
Vice President, Finance
Andrew E. Williams joins Adaptigent as vice president of Finance, bringing extensive experience earned at Ford Motor Company, Raytheon, Walt Disney, Walmart, and XM Energy Japan, among others. As executive leader of finance, Williams oversees finance analytics and strategy, financial reporting, treasury, and accounting.
In addition to his financial acumen, Williams is fluent in Japanese and has a reputation as a world-class negotiator. Among his professional achievements, he received The Walt Disney Company’s exclusive Partners in Excellence Award, indicating his embodiment of the best in the company. Williams grew up in Michigan and now resides in Florida. In his spare time, he refurbishes and drives Mini Coopers and enjoys catching up with his six children.
Elizabeth Zambuto
VP of Sales
Elizabeth is a dynamic, multi-dimensional sales executive with over 30 years of achievement building and enhancing relationships with internal and external stakeholders while driving revenue leveraging partner channels.
Her expertise is in partner management, global channel sales strategy and operations, leading channel transformation, design, launch, and management of partner programs- with a focus on technical sales strategy, team leadership, coaching, and managing complex sales cycles.
Before joining Adaptigent, Elizabeth’s professional background includes Key Client positions, Operations, and Inside Sales Management at Quadient and Satori Software.
