Neal Ganem

Chief Executive Officer

Neal has been involved with Adaptigent since its founding by his father, Joe Ganem, in 1982. Initially working parttime during high school, he went on to lead sales and international expansion and has been CEO since 2002. Neal built a highly successful global independent distributor network that rapidly scaled Adaptigent’s delivery and global presence. Under Neal’s leadership, through organic and acquisitive growth, Adaptigent has become a leading International supplier of modernization technologies serving Global 1000 organizations.

Caleb Clarke

Vice President of Marketing

Caleb has 20 years of broad marketing management and strategic planning experience. Before joining Adaptigent, Caleb led marketing at Onepath, a full-service IT company. Prior to that, he held a wide range of brand and marketing positions at Atlanta-based Nuesoft and before that Rollins. Caleb holds a BS from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from Georgia State University.

Chief Technology Officer

Bob is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of technology innovation and leadership. He is responsible for driving product capabilities that accelerate the way our customers innovate to achieve their desired business value outcomes. He brings a well-rounded perspective garnered from his years of strategic guidance and execution in helping business and technology executives transform vision into reality. Prior to joining Adaptigent, Bob spent time as the Chief Information Officer and Principal of Collective Insights. He also has over 15 years of technology consulting experience with KPMG where he helped a multitude of Fortune 100 clients digitally transform their technology ecosystems. Bob holds a Management Science and Systems degree from Florida Atlantic University.

Ashley Watson

Chief Financial Officer

Ashley is an experienced financial leader and certified public accountant with more than 15 years of experience. Prior to joining Adaptigent, Ashley held accounting and finance leadership roles in the healthcare, manufacturing, and technology spaces. Her focus is on financial stewardship and driving results in support of the company’s strategic vision.

Ashley holds a BS in Business Management from Georgia Tech as well as a Master’s of Accountancy from Kennesaw State University
