Steven Lopez
Chief Executive Officer
Steve is a senior executive with over 30 years of experience leading departments in operations, product management, sales & marketing, development and administration. Most recently, he served as Chief Operating Officer for Window Book, a software company for which he led the successful exit to one of the nation’s largest private equity firms. Additionally, Steve has worked in many senior level positions including head of Corporate Development for the UK based GB Group, General Manager and Vice President of BCC Software, Vice President and General Manager of Bell & Howell, Global VP for Experian, owner of a consulting firm, and owner of an industrial equipment manufacturing company.
Steve has also served on large association Board of Directors, in such roles as initial Chairman of the Board for the Delivery Technology Advocacy Council (DTAC), Executive Vice Chairman and Chairman of the Board for the Association for Postal Commerce (PostCom), United Nations specialized agency “Universal Postal Union” Direct Marketing Advisory Board & Consultative Committee Board Member, and original Federal Advisory Council (FACA) director for the International Parcel delivery group for the US Department of State.
Tom Leech
Vice President of Software Development
Tom brings with him over 30 years of technology leadership and experience in both software and manufacturing industries. Tom has been instrumental in improving product deliverables and dramatically reducing defect rates by helping to organize software development, support, and quality assurance teams to create collaborative synergies. Recently, he has served as Vice President of Software Development for Window Book, a software company where he, over a 22-year career, helped develop the company's main product into the industry's leading post-presort software. Tom holds a BS in Computer Science from Allegheny College and an MS in Computer Science from Kent State University.
Dylan Purse
Vice President of Operations
Dylan brings more than 25 years of experience with software and B2B marketing to Adaptigent. In this role, he will oversee outbound and lead generation programs, as well as product management functions. Purse’s customer-centric approach hinges on his expertise in critical thinking, root-cause analysis, and process improvement. He aims to identify and understand client problems and work with the Adaptigent team to build impactful solutions.
When not influencing product direction and building relationships, you can find Purse cheering for his three teenagers at their basketball and baseball games. Born and raised in Chicago, he’s an avid White Sox fan but will accept tickets to Cubs games too. Purse enjoys walking his 2 dogs and traveling with his wife and three teenagers.
Shawn Ryan
General Manager
Shawn Ryan brings over 25 years of experience in leading and scaling software and technology-driven organizations across diverse industries. Throughout his career, he has guided teams through rapid change and innovation, ensuring operational strategies align with evolving market needs and organizational goals. Shawn’s deep understanding of business performance, cross-functional collaboration, and systems optimization enables him to drive sustainable growth and exceptional outcomes for customers.
In his new role, Shawn focuses on strengthening the connection between strategy, execution, and customer success. He emphasizes an integrated approach to leadership, balancing process excellence with innovation to help teams deliver at scale. His management philosophy centers on transparency, accountability, and empowering people to perform at their best. Under Shawn’s leadership, Adaptigent will continue to advance efficiency, remain agile, and drive value creation—helping our clients achieve meaningful results through reliable, high-performing business solutions.
Amanda Martin
Financial Controller
Amanda Martin, Adaptigent’s new Financial Controller, brings more than a decade of experience in finance and accounting, with a background in private equity family offices, asset-backed lending, and non-profit organizations. She is known for turning complex financial data into clear, actionable insights that drive informed decision-making. Amanda holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Florida Gulf Coast University and a Master’s degree in Accounting with a concentration in Forensic Accounting from Florida Atlantic University. Her 11 years of experience with Sage Intacct include recognition as a two-time Customer Success Award winner, Sage Intacct MVP, and Client Advisory Board Member. She also excels at identifying and implementing innovative software solutions to streamline operations and improve accuracy.
As Financial Controller, Amanda is dedicated to building strong cross-department partnerships and ensuring that financial information serves as a strategic resource for the entire organization. Originally from Michigan, she relocated to Florida after high school and now lives in Orlando with her husband and two dogs. She is an avid traveler, having visited 11 states and 7 countries in the past five years, and remains deeply engaged in her community. Amanda helped establish the Habitat for Humanity of Collier County NextGen Board and currently serves as Treasurer for the Pug Rescue of Florida and Georgia, where she also fosters pugs and pug mixes.
Mauricio Matsumoto
Strategic Partnerships Manager, South America
Mauricio is a seasoned executive specializing in B2B business development, strategic account management, and crafting tailored infrastructure, cloud, hardware, and software solutions for major clients across Latin America. Throughout his career at industry leaders like Lucent, Motorola, and Fujitsu, Mauricio built a reputation for driving high-value partnerships, structuring complex deals, and delivering impactful technology offerings. His deep understanding of cross-sector needs and his ability to navigate dynamic environments have consistently positioned his teams for success.
Now at Adaptigent, Mauricio leads the company’s expansion efforts across South America. In this role, he leverages his broad regional experience and solution-centric mindset to identify growth opportunities, form strategic alliances, and deliver customized modernization and integration solutions. Mauricio’s leadership is marked by a commitment to customer-centric innovation, collaboration, and delivering measurable business outcomes in one of Adaptigent’s most important markets.
